We recommend booking at least four to six weeks in advance for smaller events, and three to six months for weddings or large-scale catering. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests where possible.

Pricing is based on guest count, menu selection, service style, and any travel or logistics involved. We provide a detailed, transparent quote after your initial enquiry so you know exactly what you are getting.
Yes. We can provide full front-of-house service staff, chafing dishes, serving equipment, and setup and breakdown as part of your package. Just tell us what your venue has and we will fill in the gaps.
We are based in Clearwater, FL and serve the wider Tampa Bay region. Travel fees and service areas are confirmed at the quote stage, and we can often accommodate events further afield for larger bookings.
