No gas shortcuts. No compromises. Just wood, fire, time, and meat that rewards the wait. This is BBQ the way it was always meant to be made, by hand, with pride, and with enough smoke to mean it.
Pull up a seat, order by the rack or the pound, and settle in. The smoke-stained walls and long communal tables are part of the deal.
Call ahead or walk up. We pack everything tight so the smoke stays in all the way home.
Feeding a crowd? We bring the whole operation to you. Full setups for backyard cookouts, office spreads, and big celebrations.
Some cuts only come around on Fridays and Saturdays. Follow us or come early, because once they're gone, they're gone.
