Our Story
Macondo Coffee Roasters lives at the heart of Little Havana, on the stretch of Calle 8 where the air smells like espresso and the afternoons refuse to hurry. Named for the mythical town where ordinary moments become something larger than life, Macondo is a place that takes coffee seriously without ever taking itself too seriously. Every roast is chosen with intention, every cup pulled with care, and every seat at the counter is an open invitation to slow down. This is not a coffee stop. This is a destination.

Small-batch roasting with intention. Each selection is sourced for depth, brightness, and character, roasted in-house and pulled fresh behind the counter every single day on Calle 8.
