The Table

Mother Wolf does not ask you to be comfortable before you are fed. This is a place built around the table as the center of everything, where fire is the first tool and the meal is the whole point. The menu draws its soul from Rome, from the ancient neighborhoods and the trattorie that have kept the same recipes through empires rising and falling. What lands on your plate here is honest, direct, and made to be remembered. Gather who matters and come as you are.

Dinner Service
Full a la carte dining in the main room, built around Roman-rooted pasta, wood-fired plates, and antipasti that set the tone immediately.
Bar & Aperitivo
Arrive before the meal or stay after it. The bar pours with intention, from negroni variations to selections that match the fire on the plate.
Private Dining
A dedicated space for groups who want the full experience without distraction. Custom menus and exclusive room access available.
