Our Story
Paolo Fontanot Bakery and Cafe was born from a love of craft and the belief that good bread changes your whole morning. Every item that comes out of our oven is shaped by hand, timed with care, and made with ingredients chosen for quality rather than convenience. With over 650 happy regulars who keep coming back, we have built something that goes beyond a bakery. It is a place to slow down, breathe in something warm, and leave with something worth sharing.
