Our Story
At Pho Nam, every bowl starts long before you arrive. The broth is a slow labor of love, built from bones and spices that simmer through the night the way cooks in southern Vietnam have always done it. We are a family operation, and the food we make is the food we grew up eating.
Pho Nam means southern pho, and it carries the spirit of that region in every spoonful. Rich, fragrant, deeply savory, served with a mountain of fresh herbs, a squeeze of lime, and all the time you need to enjoy it. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just an honest bowl, made the right way.
Come as you are and stay as long as you like. Our dining room is warm, easy, and made for unhurried meals.

We are a walk-in restaurant. Come as you are, we will get you seated and settled with a menu right away.
Is the broth made fresh daily?
Yes, every day. The bones go in the pot overnight and the broth simmers through the morning, the way it should be done.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Absolutely. Our Pho Chay is a fully vegetarian pho with a rich plant-based broth. Ask your server about other options.

We do. We handle everything from intimate family gatherings to larger group events with family-style portions and full setup.
