The Office Park at the California Club is a privately owned and managed commercial community on a four and a half acre property at 1031 Ives Dairy Road in Miami. Five two-story buildings, each served by an elevator, sit within a plushly landscaped, intimate, park-like setting that pairs clean contemporary architecture with mature tropical greenery.
Managed on site by P&L Enterprises, the park has long been home to a respected roster of tenants, including medical and dental offices, law and accounting firms, and other established local businesses. Our focus is simple: keep the community immaculate, responsive, and welcoming, so our tenants can do their best work.
