Do you sell direct to consumers?

No. Valle de Bravo Foods is a wholesale-only operation. We supply restaurants, grocers, food service distributors, and commercial kitchens. Minimum orders apply.

What is your minimum order size?

Minimum order quantities vary by product category. Contact us directly to discuss your volume needs and we will confirm what applies to your specific items.

Can I get specialty items not on a standard list?

Yes. We specialize in regional and seasonal Mexican produce that most distributors do not carry. If it grows in central Mexico, we can likely source it. Reach out with your needs.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We recommend 24 to 48 hours lead time for standard orders. Specialty and custom volume orders may require more advance notice depending on sourcing availability.

What areas do you service?

We operate out of the Los Angeles produce district at 1119 E 8th St. Delivery and pickup logistics are discussed as part of your supply agreement. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location.
